Lecture room and Broadcasting arrangement
We may change the program and venue of the event, or even completely move it online, depending on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Venue on Day 1: There will be a "main room" (lecture room) and a "satellite room" (broadcast relay). Questions and comments from the satellite can be raised through our designated audio system. Room allocation will be determined by mid-January.
[Updated on 2022-01-08] We decided NOT to open the satellite room.
Venue from Day 2: Conventional single lecture room.
[Updated] In order to ensure thorough infection control, we asked participants (except those we contacted individually) to participate online from Day 4.

Wi-Fi
Eduroam is available ONLY in the main room on February 17 (Day 1), and all rooms on February 18-21 (Days 2-5).
OCU Wi-Fi is available beside eduroam. We will provide individual guest account for participants upon request.
To prevent taking up the campus bandwidth, please try to reduce the use of Zoom on campus.

Elevators on Day 1
The only elevator in the Science Building E will be under maintenance on February 17 (Day 1). It takes about one hour but the time is undecided.
In order to reach the main room E408 (on the fourth floor) without using stairs, you have to use this elevetor. So if you will use the elevator, please arrive the campus earlier, and stay in the lunch room F205 (on the second floor) until the maintenance is over. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
In order to reach the lunch room F205 (on the second floor) without using stairs, go up to the second floor by an elevator in the Science Building A (Map of Science Buildings), and reach the Buildings E & F passing through the Building D. You have to open several doors on the way, so feel free to contact organizers if you need any assistence.
From Day 2, all rooms are located on the first(=ground) floor.
